GENERAL INFORMATION:
Departure time is before 10.00 a.m. and arrival time
is after 3.00 p.m.
All prices include linen, gas and electricity.
Small/well behaved dogs welcome (a surcharge will be applied).
A cot is available if required (please advise prior to booking).
All local facilities are within three minutes level walk of the
properties.
A mooring is available on request.
All properties have the benefit of gas central heating

Road - M5 Exeter only 15 minutes
Rail - easily accessible by train to Teignmouth & Newton Abbot from
most main line stations e.g. Paddington only 2.5 hours.
There is parking for one small car only (such as Clio, Escort etc)
at “Teign View” and “Teign
View Wharf”.
There is a town centre car park in Teignmouth approximately 200
yards from the properties where you may purchase a weekly parking
ticket. There is also unlimited free parking in the nearby Strand.
